Before placing an order, confirm the features, deliverables, price, taxes where applicable, timelines, revisions, support, hosting and renewal terms in writing with our team. The accepted project quotation or agreement records the specific commitments for your project. Contact us to clarify any difference between a website description and a proposed quotation before accepting it.
Project inputs and approvals
Provide accurate requirements and content you are authorised to use. Confirm who can approve designs, content and project changes. Delivery schedules depend on the agreed scope, timely inputs, approvals and any relevant third-party dependencies. Additional work and its effect on price or timing should be agreed before it begins.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
Confirm the payment schedule, cancellation process, refund conditions and any non-refundable third-party charges in the project quotation or agreement before paying. This website page does not introduce a separate blanket no-refund rule or a fixed cancellation charge.
