School ERP Features

Manage academic records, examinations, fees, staff payroll, inventory and institutional administration with RITI Web Solution. Select the plus beside any feature to read what it covers.

General

  • Dashboard

Review a summary of key academic and administrative information in one workspace. The dashboard presents the records and modules available to the signed-in user's role, helping staff find their everyday tasks quickly.

Academics

  • Students

Maintain student profiles and academic records in an organised register. Keep class or course information and relevant student details together so authorised staff can locate and update the correct record.

  • Teachers

Organise teacher profiles and the academic information needed for their work. Keep teaching staff records accessible to authorised users and distinguish teacher accounts from student and administrative accounts.

  • Student Attendance

Record student attendance against the relevant class and date. Review attendance history to identify absences and maintain a consistent record for academic monitoring and student reporting.

  • Teacher Attendance

Maintain date-wise attendance records for teachers and review their attendance history. This provides an organised reference for staff administration and payroll review, according to the institution's agreed process.

  • Examinations

Manage student examination records and the academic results recorded for each assessment. Keep examination work organised by the applicable course, subject and examination setup for reporting and mark-sheet preparation.

  • Homework

Organise homework for the relevant classes or subjects, with clear instructions for students. Teachers can maintain assigned work in one place, while students use their permitted access to check the tasks shared with them.

  • LMS

Keep learning materials and academic resources within the Learning Management System. Make the materials available to the appropriate students and teachers according to the institution's course structure and access permissions.

  • Student Report

Review student information through the available academic reports. Use recorded attendance and examination information as applicable to understand progress and support discussions with students and authorised staff.

  • Annual Calendar

Organise the institution's academic dates, examinations, holidays and planned activities in an annual view. Keep important dates together so authorised users can refer to the same academic schedule.

Library Management

  • Book Master

Create and maintain the library's main book catalogue. Organise book details such as title, author and classification so stock entries and lending records can refer to the appropriate catalogue item.

  • Book Stock

Maintain the quantity and availability records for library books. Distinguish the book catalogue from its stock records and review the copies held by the institution using the available library information.

  • Issue & Return Book

Record which book was issued, who borrowed it and when it was returned. Maintain a lending history that helps library staff track books currently on loan and reconcile them with stock records.

  • Book Report

Review the available library reports for catalogue, stock and lending activity. Use these records to check book availability and follow up on issued books as part of routine library administration.

Exam Master

  • Exam Schedule

Organise examination dates and the relevant subjects or courses in a clear schedule. Maintain the timetable used by authorised staff and students to prepare for the examinations arranged by the institution.

  • Subject Master

Maintain a consistent list of subjects used across academic and examination records. Reuse the appropriate subject entries when setting up courses and assessments to reduce inconsistent naming.

  • Course Master

Organise the courses or academic programmes offered by the institution. Keep course records available for the related student, subject and examination setup according to the agreed academic structure.

  • Examinations Master

Maintain the examination definitions used for academic assessments. Keep examination names and the relevant setup organised separately from student results so assessment records follow a consistent structure.

  • Fee Details

Maintain the fee information associated with the applicable academic or examination setup. Review the configured fee details as part of administration; this is fee record management and does not provide online payment collection.

  • Fee Head Master

Define the fee categories used by the institution, such as tuition, examination or library charges where applicable. Consistent fee heads help organise student fee records and distinguish different types of charges.

Communication

  • Email

Organise email-related records in the communication module for your institution. Email integration, automated sending and external email service setup are not included in this package; any additional integration must be agreed and quoted separately.

  • Call Management

Maintain records of enquiries, calls and follow-up notes for administrative communication. This helps staff keep track of conversations; it does not imply an included telephone dialler, call-recording service or telecom plan.

  • Call Report

Review recorded call activity and follow-up information using the available reports. Authorised staff can use the records to check enquiry handling and maintain continuity between conversations.

Online Exam

  • Online Exam Details

Maintain the information needed for online examinations and their applicable academic context. Organise examination records so authorised users can identify the relevant test and review its details.

  • Online Exam Question

Organise the questions used in online examinations and associate them with the relevant exam. Keep question content under authorised staff control as part of the institution's examination preparation.

  • Exam Dashboard

Review online examination information from a central exam workspace. Access the available exam summaries and related records according to the signed-in user's role and the configured examination workflow.

  • Exam Attempt Report

Review the attempts recorded for online examinations, including the available student and result information. Use attempt records to follow up on participation and assess the examination data captured by the system.

  • Proctor Exam Report

Review the proctoring observations or monitoring records made available by the configured examination workflow. The report does not by itself promise webcam recording, AI monitoring or automated misconduct detection; monitoring scope follows the agreed setup.

Finance & Payroll

  • Student Fee Details

Maintain student-wise fee records, recorded receipts and outstanding amounts as applicable. Review a student's fee history for office administration; this package does not include collecting payments through an online gateway inside the ERP.

  • Staff Salaries & Payroll

Maintain salary and payroll records for teachers and other staff, including the earnings and deductions configured for the institution. Use these records for payroll administration; direct bank salary transfers are not implied.

  • Income & Expense

Record institutional income and expenses under the relevant categories. Review financial entries to support routine office administration and understand recorded receipts and spending without treating these records as a promised statutory accounting service.

Inventory Management

  • Inventory

Maintain records of institutional items such as stationery, equipment and other supplies. Organise item details and quantities so authorised staff can understand what the institution holds and reference the correct stock item.

  • Stock Transactions

Record stock movements such as inward entries, issues and transfers between the locations configured for your institution. Movement records help explain changes in quantity; available transfer locations and approval steps follow the agreed inventory setup.

  • POS / Sell

POS means Point of Sale: record sales or issues of stock items handled by the institution, such as stationery or supplies. Keep the related item and quantity records organised; this does not include an online checkout or payment-gateway integration.

  • Vendors

Maintain supplier details for inventory and purchasing administration. Keep vendor records together so authorised staff can identify the supplier associated with the institution's relevant stock and purchase records.

Certificates & Records

  • Transfer Certificate (TC)

Prepare student transfer certificate records using the institution's approved information and format. Review student details before issuing a TC and keep the related document record organised for authorised administrative use.

  • School Certificates

Prepare school certificate records using the institution's approved details and templates. Keep student information consistent across documents and allow authorised staff to review the content before the institution issues a certificate.

  • Migration Certificates

Maintain migration certificate records with the relevant student and academic information. The institution remains responsible for approving the format, checking eligibility and authorising the issue of each document.

  • Degree Certificates

Prepare degree certificate records where the institution is authorised to issue them. Use approved academic details and templates; the software does not confer accreditation or authority to award a qualification.

  • Transcripts

Organise academic transcript records from the student's recorded subjects and results as applicable. Review the academic information against the institution's approved format before authorising or issuing a transcript.

  • Other Certificates

Maintain additional certificate types agreed for the institution, such as bonafide or character certificates where applicable. The included templates and document fields should be confirmed in the final quotation.

  • Mark Sheets

Prepare mark-sheet records using the examination results entered for the student. Review subjects, marks and applicable result details against the institution's approved format before finalising the document.

System

  • Users Management

Create and maintain the accounts used to access the ERP. Keep student, teacher, management and Super Admin access organised, with account administration restricted to authorised users.

  • Settings

Maintain the application and institution settings made available in the agreed setup. Authorised administrators can review the configuration used by the relevant modules and keep institutional information consistent.

  • Activity Logs

Review the user activity entries captured by the application. These records help authorised administrators trace recorded actions and investigate changes within the coverage provided by the configured logging system.

  • Roles & Permissions

Assign access according to each user's responsibilities. Control which modules and actions are available to students, teachers, management and administrators so users work within the permissions assigned to them.

  • About App

View the application information supplied with the installed ERP. Keep a clear reference to the product and its available application details when discussing the system with your institution's administrator.

  • My Account

Access the personal account information and profile options available to the signed-in user. Review or update permitted account details while keeping administrative controls restricted to the appropriate roles.
