Package Notes & Service Terms
- Domain: Your domain must be purchased separately and is an additional cost.
- Three months of free service: After the first three months, support and service work are chargeable. The applicable fee will be shared before you take the service. Extra years of package coverage do not extend the free-service period.
- Updates: Updates are included during your paid package period: one, two or three years according to the option purchased. Further updates require a paid renewal.
- Without renewal: The features already supplied remain as delivered; new updates are not included beyond your paid period.
- Custom development: Any new feature developed specifically for your laboratory will be quoted and charged separately.
- Final quotation: Confirm the website scope, ERP setup, included laboratory modules and selected duration with RITI Web Solution before payment. The final written quotation defines your agreed deliverables and charges.
