Website visits, device information and optional location
Visitor tracking update: 3 November 2026.
RITI Web Solution uses visitor records to understand which pages are visited, diagnose data-saving failures and assess website performance.
Information collected by the visitor tracker
The tracker assigns a random browser visitor ID, session ID and page record ID. It records the visit time, page address and title, and referring page address when the browser supplies it. Query strings and URL fragments are removed from recorded page and referrer addresses.
Depending on browser support, records also include device category, browser and operating-system details, user agent, languages, timezone, screen and viewport sizes, touch support, pixel ratio, color depth, orientation, CPU core count, approximate device memory, battery level and charging status. Optional diagnostics include estimated network type, speed and latency, Data Saver, cookie support, browser privacy signals, preferred color scheme, reduced-motion preference, secure-context status and page-loading measurements. Some values are estimates or may be unavailable.
The tracker counts changes to form fields. It does not record the entered values, passwords, keystrokes or field names. It does not read device files, contacts, camera or microphone. It does not obtain a public IP address or IP-based city, region or country through an external lookup service in the current configuration. Information you submit through a separate contact, payment or other service is separate from this visitor tracker.
Optional location sharing
The website asks “Allow location sharing?” with Yes and No buttons. Selecting Yes requests your browser's location permission. Coordinates are collected only if the browser permits access. The record can include latitude, longitude, reported accuracy and capture time. The browser may determine location using GPS or other available sources. Selecting No, or denying browser permission, does not prevent you from using the website. Basic visit and device records are collected independently of this optional location choice.
The tracker records the location-request outcome and remembers your choice in browser storage. The website location question may appear again on your first visit after seven days. If you leave the question unanswered, it is also suppressed for seven days after being shown. Browser site-permission settings still control whether location access is allowed. It requests a single position rather than continuous location tracking. You can revoke location access in your browser's site-permission settings. Revoking access does not automatically delete a location already saved.
Browser storage, delivery and error records
Visitor records and unsent changes are first kept in this browser's local storage. The browser keeps a session identifier in session storage. Pending records are sent over HTTPS to our Google Apps Script endpoint for storage in Google Sheets. Google services process this information to provide hosting and storage.
Unchanged, recently delivered page records are suppressed to reduce duplicate requests. When delivery fails, the tracker retains the pending record, records a technical error remark and retries at increasing intervals while the website is open and connectivity is available. Error remarks do not contain form contents. The current sheet stores one row per visitor ID and page address rather than a separate row for every refresh.
Storage and your choices
The current tracker does not apply automatic expiry to its local visitor records or an automatic deletion schedule to spreadsheet rows. Local records remain until browser site data is cleared or otherwise removed. Server records remain until removed by the site operator. Clearing browser storage removes this browser's saved IDs, queued records and remembered location choice; it does not remove records already stored in the spreadsheet.
Browser privacy signals such as Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control, when available, are recorded as diagnostics; this version does not use those signals as an automatic switch to disable visitor tracking. Browser storage restrictions can prevent persistent local saving.
For questions about visitor information, or to request review or deletion of a stored record, please use our Contact page. If available, provide the browser visitor ID and approximate visit time so the relevant record can be located.
Other services and links
This website is hosted on Blogger. Google hosting, browser services and any third-party websites you choose to open may process technical information under their own policies. Calling, emailing, opening WhatsApp or using a payment service takes place through the service you select; its privacy terms also apply. The visitor-tracking description above concerns our own tracking code and does not describe every feature operated by those providers.
Access and security
Visitor records are transmitted to the configured endpoint over HTTPS. Browser storage can be accessible to scripts running on the same website, and cloud records are subject to the access settings of the Google account and spreadsheet. Avoid using a shared browser if you do not want other users of that browser to access locally stored site data.
Changes and contact
We may update this page when the website's data practices change. The date above identifies this version. For questions, corrections or deletion requests, use our Contact page.
